Keller Williams Realty Huntsville (operated by Classic Realty, LLC, "KW Huntsville," "we," "us") sends text messages to the real estate agents and staff associated with our market center. This policy explains how we handle information connected to our text messaging program.

Information we collect

When you opt in to text messages, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, and a record of your consent (the date, time, and method of opt-in). We also keep records of messages sent and received and of opt-out requests.

How we use it

We use this information only to send you market center communications you have agreed to receive, such as training and class reminders, event announcements, office updates, compliance and licensing reminders, and responses to your questions, and to honor opt-out and help requests.

No sharing for marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our text messaging platform, Heymarket) that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to staff who need it to run the program.

Your choices

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the information below. Opting out of texts does not affect your affiliation with the market center.
