Important Reminder: KW Valley is an official branch office of Keller Williams Huntsville operating under its own branch office license. Leadership is coordinating directly with AREC and HAAR to help ensure a smooth transition for all agents. Most transfer-related items are administrative in nature, and additional instructions will continue to be communicated as needed.

What is KW Valley?

KW Valley is an official branch office of Keller Williams Huntsville serving the southeastern Tennessee Valley, including Hampton Cove, Owens Cross Roads, Gurley, Brownsboro, Grant, Guntersville, and surrounding communities.

KW Valley operates under its own AREC branch office license while remaining part of the overall Keller Williams Huntsville organization and leadership structure.

Is KW Valley a separate brokerage?

KW Valley is an AREC-licensed branch office with its own branch office license number and MLS office code. However, it remains part of Keller Williams Huntsville and continues to operate under the support, leadership, and resources of the Huntsville Market Center.

What is the KW Valley Branch Office license number?

This is the number you will use when transferring your license through AREC.

Do I need to transfer my license?

Yes.

All agents affiliating with KW Valley should complete their license transfer through AREC as soon as possible.

How do I transfer my license?

1. Visit arec.alabama.gov

2. Log into Agent Services.

3. Select Transfer License.

4. Enter Branch Office License Number 179601.

Do I need to update my signs and marketing materials?

Yes.

Agents should begin updating their signage and marketing materials promptly after transferring to KW Valley.

We understand that replacing every sign, website, and marketing piece may take time, and there is no expectation that all materials be updated overnight. However, if you are ordering new materials, making revisions, or replacing existing inventory, those materials should reflect your KW Valley affiliation.

Please work toward updating all materials as soon as reasonably possible, including:

• Yard signs

• Business cards

• Email signatures

• Websites

• Social media profiles

• Printed marketing materials

Do I need to update my Command profile?

Yes.

After your AREC transfer is complete, please update your Preferred Office within your Command Marketing Profile.

This ensures:

• Correct KW Valley logos populate automatically

• Marketing materials display the proper office information

• Your Command website reflects the correct office affiliation

Instructions are available on the resource page.

Do I need to do anything with my MLS listings?

In most cases, no action is required.

Leadership will provide HAAR with a list of transferring agents and listings requiring office code updates. Melissa at HAAR will coordinate updating listing office codes.

The only action required from agents is to notify leadership if there are any listings that should not be transferred to KW Valley.

Do I need to contact HAAR myself?

No.

Leadership will coordinate directly with HAAR regarding:

• Agent transfers

• Listing office code changes

• Retention of Broker Load access

No action is anticipated on the part of agents.

Will I lose Broker Load access?

No.

Leadership is coordinating directly with HAAR to ensure agents retain Broker Load access whenever applicable.

Do I need to sign any additional paperwork?

Yes.

A document will be sent via Dotloop confirming KW Valley as your primary office affiliation for administrative purposes.

Please sign the document promptly upon receipt so that office records remain accurate.

Where can I find logos, sign templates, and business card templates?

All approved resources are available on the KW Valley Resource Page.

Do I still need approval for custom marketing materials?

Yes.

If you choose to create marketing materials outside of the provided templates, please continue submitting them through the normal approval process to ensure compliance with Keller Williams branding standards and AREC advertising requirements.

What are the office hours?

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The office is available for:

• Meeting with clients

• Working between appointments

• Printing and copying materials

• Utilizing office resources

• Collaboration with fellow agents and business partners

Can Huntsville agents use the KW Valley office?

Yes.

The office remains available to Keller Williams Huntsville agents on an as-needed basis while serving clients in the southeastern Tennessee Valley.

Agents affiliated with KW Valley may utilize the office as their primary workspace.

Will classes and company meetings still be held in Huntsville?

Most major education classes, training events, and company-wide meetings will continue to be held at the Huntsville Market Center.

Additional meetings and training opportunities may also be offered at KW Valley as the branch continues to grow.

Is there a welcome meeting for KW Valley agents?

Yes.

All KW Valley agents are requested to attend the KW Valley Agent Welcome Meeting.
